本应用由 Calm Cipher 开发团队提供（以下简称「我们」）。如您对本政策有任何疑问，可通过应用内「设置 → 关于我们」了解应用信息。

2. 我们收集哪些信息

我们不主动收集、不上传、不存储于远程服务器的个人信息。应用运行过程中，以下数据仅保存在您的设备本地：

游戏记录：包括各趣味小游戏（数字寻序、屏息小游戏、脑力谜题、放松身心）的用时、得分及完成时间等，用于应用内统计图表展示。
语言偏好：您在设置中选择的界面语言，保存在设备本地。
天气缓存（可选）：若您在「放松身心」中授权位置权限，应用可能通过 Apple WeatherKit 获取当前天气以推荐背景音乐；获取到的天气摘要会缓存在设备本地，不会上传至我们的服务器。

不要求注册账号或登录
不收集姓名、邮箱、电话号码等身份信息
不使用第三方广告或行为追踪 SDK

4. 设备权限说明

位置权限（可选）：仅在「放松身心」模块中，用于通过 Apple WeatherKit 获取当地天气以匹配背景音乐。您可在系统设置中随时关闭。拒绝授权不影响其他功能，应用将使用季节默认配置。

天气数据由 Apple 的 WeatherKit 服务处理，受 Apple 隐私政策约束。

5. 数据存储与安全

所有上述数据均存储在您的 iPhone / iPad 本地（Core Data 与 UserDefaults），受 iOS 系统沙盒保护。我们无法远程访问您的设备数据。

您可在「设置 → 清除本地数据」中删除游戏记录与天气缓存。卸载应用将删除设备上的全部应用数据。

6. 儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 周岁以下儿童主动收集个人信息。由于我们不收集个人信息，亦不存在向儿童收集数据的情形。

7. 政策变更

我们可能适时更新本政策。更新后的版本将在应用内隐私政策页面发布，并更新生效日期。继续使用应用即表示您接受修订后的政策。

Calm Cipher Privacy Policy

Summary

Calm Cipher is a local casual puzzle and lifestyle app — a collection of fun mini-games and relaxing content designed to help you stay active, joyful, and engaged in everyday life. Your game records and preferences are stored on your device only. We do not create user accounts, upload personal data to our servers, or sell or share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing.

1. Who We Are

This app is provided by the Calm Cipher development team ("we" or "us"). For app information, see Settings → About Us in the app.

2. Information We Collect

We do not actively collect, upload, or store personal information on remote servers. The following data is stored locally on your device only:

Game records: duration, scores, and timestamps from casual mini-games (Number Hunt, Breath Timer Game, Brain Teasers, and Relax & Unwind), used for in-app statistics.
Language preference: your selected UI language, stored locally.
Weather cache (optional): if you grant location access in Relax & Unwind, the app may fetch local weather via Apple WeatherKit to suggest background music. A weather summary is cached locally and is not uploaded to our servers.

3. What We Do Not Do

Require account registration or sign-in
Collect name, email, phone number, or similar identifiers
Use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking SDKs
Sell, rent, or share your data with unrelated third parties
Provide in-app feedback or cloud data sync
Provide professional advice of any kind — the app is for casual entertainment only

4. Device Permissions

Location (optional): used only in Relax & Unwind to fetch local weather through Apple WeatherKit for music suggestions. You may revoke this at any time in iOS Settings. Denying access does not affect other features; seasonal defaults will be used instead.

Weather data is processed by Apple's WeatherKit service and is subject to Apple's privacy policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

All data described above is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad (Core Data and UserDefaults), protected by the iOS app sandbox. We cannot remotely access data on your device.

You may delete game records and weather cache via Settings → Clear Local Data. Uninstalling the app removes all app data from your device.

6. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at collecting personal information from children under 13. Because we do not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be published in the in-app Privacy Policy page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
