Welcome to FreshGreen (the “App”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information related to you. FreshGreen is an offline plant-care game. Core gameplay runs on your device, and no account registration is required.
The App does not actively collect personally identifiable information (such as your name, phone number, precise location, or contacts), and does not integrate third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

The data above is stored primarily on your iPhone or iPad (app sandbox and system preferences). It is not uploaded to servers we operate.
When you uninstall the App, local saves are usually removed by the system. We recommend backing up your device if needed.

Aside from the above, the App does not integrate third-party analytics, push, or social sharing SDKs.
The App does not request sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, or location.
Restoring purchases and loading product information may require a network connection and a valid Apple ID session, handled by the system and App Store.
The App is intended for general audiences. If you are a minor, please use it under a guardian’s supervision and let your guardian decide on in-app purchases.
We may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions are available in the App under Settings → Privacy Policy. For material changes, we will notify you in the App when appropriate.
